Come along Monday to Friday, for our 'Wake-Up' exercise session on Margate Sands. Each session will be approximately 45 minutes and will be hosted by dance and fitness instructor Jenni Dexter, who will lead a traditional 50s style keep-fit.
Get out your skipping ropes, hula-hoops and batons and get ready for some fun-filled early morning sessions prior to work or after that first morning coffee.
The session is open to ladies and gentlemen. Please be suitably clothed for exercising on the beach and bring along a sense of humour!

Before the crowds arrive, take some time to breathe in the air, listen to the sea and become one with your environment, whilst gently exercising with our experienced Tai-Chi Instructor.
We invite you to come along and try some Tai-Chi. Beginners are welcome, as we explore breath control, basic moves and the philosophy of this ancient form of self-defence. No battles on the beach this summer, just gentle moves to exercise your body and mind!
We have no age restriction on this activity; we warmly welcome anyone who would like to 'have a go'.
